Northern Lancaster County Regional Police was informed about a possible bomb threat on the 800 block of Pearl Avenue on Saturday. This information was received by Lancaster City Police and forwarded to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.Officers responded to the address and completed a search of the area. It was decided to evacuate all apartment tenants until bomb dogs could conduct a safer and more thorough search.Officers set up a perimeter and were assisted by Manheim Fire Company and East Petersburg Fire Police with traffic control. Constable O’Donnell and K-9 Sherman from East Pennsboro Township Cumberland County arrived and conducted a search with negative results.
