Jurors have reached a verdict in the child abuse case against the Jupiter man who locked his son in a box for hours.Timothy Ferriter has been found guilty of abusing his adopted teenage son by locking him in a box-like room in his Jupiter garage.For nearly two weeks, lawyers for Ferriter tried to convince jurors that he struggled to deal with an adopted child who had early childhood trauma and an attachment disorder from his infancy in an orphanage. Jurors found Ferriter guilty of aggravated child abuse, false imprisonment and neglect of a child.He has been taken into custody.
