The IDF announced on Sunday morning a tactical pause of military operations for humanitarian purposes on the road leading from the Kerem Shalom Crossing to the Salah al-Din road in the Gaza Strip.
The pause is expected to take place from 08:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. every day, pending further notice.
Later on Sunday, the IDF clarified that fighting in the southern Gaza Strip and Rafah would continue and that the policy for the entry of goods into the Strip had not changed.
It noted that the axis transmitting the merchandise would be open during the daytime in cooperation with international organizations in order to transfer goods for humanitarian purposes.
