An agitated Florida tire shop owner faces attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting a landscaper who blew leaves that were across the street onto his property.

Claudio Arrendell, 52, the owner of P&P Auto Tire Shop in Gladeview, Fla., shot the man after the two got into an argument on Friday afternoon, police told WTVJ.

The landscaper was assigned to clear leaves from his customer’s property before leaves started to land on Arrendell’s property.

Witnesses told the outlet they heard two gunshots and then saw the man falling to the ground with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg.

The unidentified man was transported to a local hospital in critical condition before being upgraded to stable, according to CBS Miami.

Video captured by a witness showed the landscaper sitting on the street in front of a pool of blood holding his leg, while another man in a Fluorescent yellow shirt held the man up with his leg.

Police are then seen in the background handcuffing two individuals.

“It was something that went bad, and they just went off at (Arrendell) and (he) is protecting his place of business,” the man told WTVJ.

“They’re nice people, I have my children bring their cars to him to get fixed, my brother, everyone in the neighborhood.”
