(WFSB) – Roads across the state were closed for storm-related reasons.
Storms rolled through Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.
The state Department of Transportation kept a rolling list of the closures.
Here was the list as of 6 a.m. on Thursday.
- BRIDGEWATER – Clapboard Road (SR 867) CLOSED between Hut Hill Road & Canfield Road because of a tree down in wires. Reported Wednesday, June 26 at 9:47 pm.
- NEW MILFORD – RT 7 CLOSED @ FORT HILL RD DUE TO A DOWN TREE IN WIRES . Reported Wednesday, June 26 at 9:50 pm.
- NEWINGTON – RT 176 CLOSED between CHURCH HILL RD AND HOPKINS RD DUE TO TREE DOWN IN WIRES . Reported Wednesday, June 26 at 11:24 pm.
- GREENWICH – I-95 Southbound CLOSED Exit 5 because of Crash (Overturned Tractor Tr.). Reported Wednesday, June 26 at 11:43 pm.
- HEBRON – RT 85 CLOSED @ EAST ST FOR TREE DOWN IN WIRES . Reported Thursday, June 27 at 12:31 am.
- MANCHESTER – RT 83 CLOSED @ SPRING ST DUE TO DOWN TREE IN WIRES . Reported Thursday, June 27 at 1:01 am.

- CANAAN – Route 7 CLOSED at Kellogg Road because of a tree down in wires. Reported Thursday, June 27 at 1:54 am.
- GRANBY – Route 10 CLOSED between Floydville Road & Spring Glen Drive because of a tree down, wires arcing. Reported Thursday, June 27 at 2:26 am.
- PUTNAM – Route 21 CLOSED at Heritage Road because of a tree down in wires. Reported Thursday, June 27 at 2:43 am.
- WINCHESTER – Route 183 CLOSED at Stadler Heights because of a tree down in wires. Reported Thursday, June 27 at 2:57 am.
