The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested a former Tangipahoa teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a minor. Morgan Freche, 33, turned herself in to detectives Tuesday morning after several warrants were issued for her arrest following an investigation of sexual misconduct dating back approximately two years.Freche was accused of having a baby with a 17-year-old student and resigned from her position at Loranger middle school last week.She has been charged with one count of third-degree rape, four counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and one count of oral sexual battery. This is an ongoing investigation.
