Memorial services have been set for late New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson. He was found dead inside his home in Massachusetts on Saturday morning.A lying in state at the New Mexico Capitol Rotunda will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 13. The event is open to the public and will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.On Thursday, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. That event will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be open to the public as well.Following that will be an hour-long reception at the New Mexico Capitol Rotunda at 1 p.m. The host of that event will be current New Mexico Gov.
