Missing swimmer’s body found on Delaware beach, identified as Howard County man

A missing Howard County swimmer’s body was recovered on a Delaware beach, police said.Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, police said Richard A. Boateng, of Savage, was reported missing.Police said they were called just before 6 a.m. Monday to the area of Ocean Drive and Farview Road in North Shores, Delaware, for a report of a body found in the surf.Police said authorities identified Boateng, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.A preliminary investigation indicates no foul play is suspected, police said.
